Background

Jordyn Romero was born December 22nd, 1999 in New Jersey to an Italian-American household. Civilian records regarding Romeros upbringing are fragmented, owing both to poor record retention and Romeros longstanding habit of providing inconsistent personal information. Much of what is known about Romeros early life comes from educational records, employment history, and statements corroborated by former associates.

Romero was raised primarily by her mother and father, the latter being one Dante Romero. A military veteran dishonorably discharged due to a diagnosis of Schizoaffective Disorder. Multiple accounts indicate the household was unstable throughout Romeros childhood. During Dantes episodes, he would become paranoid and emotionally volatile, becoming physically aggressive toward both Romero and her mother.

Romeros Mother, Sofia Romero, died in 2014 to cancer when Romero was 15 years old. Two years later, when she was 17, Dante committed suicide.

Despite an unusual upbringing, Romero demonstrated strong academic aptitude and seemed dedicated to pursuing Medicine. Prior to recruitment, she was employed as an Emergency Medical Technician, and attended Medical School with money earned via scholarships. Romero reportedly excelled in her work, and showed promise for future endeavors. Her education was ultimately terminated following disciplinary investigations involving a series of mixed-media digital art projects created from medical trauma photography. The artwork consisted of heavily altered photographs depicting severe injuries and fatal wounds. While no evidence suggested malicious intent, the projects generated significant controversey among faculty and staff, alongside being illegal in Romeros line of work. Romero has repeatedly maintained that her interest stemmed from artistic and anatominal fascination rather than shock value. This was relatively believed due to the fact that most pieces were so heavily altered one would not realize what they were unless informed. However it's worth noting that Jordyn just seems to have a morbid fascination with death and the things that cause it.

Civilian records indicate a significant escalation in criminal behavior shortly afterward. At approximately 23 years of age, Romero became involved in a robbery while under the influence of narcotics. During the incident, she discharged a firearm, resulting in the death of one civilian. Investigation records suggest Romero was not the 'mastermind' behind the event, D2 Nate Moretta wrote in his report that, quote, 'Romero seemed surprised when the gun actually went off, spending an abnormal amount of time staring at the body. Security camera footage later on that night displayed Romero and |||||| having some sort of dispute, in which Marino abandoned |||||.' end quote. Romero remains wanted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in connection with the incident. A nationwide BOLO remains active under multiple associated identities.

Following the shooting, Romero fled the state and spent two years bouncing around the country under multiple fake aliases. This past year they had settled in Alaska, though its unclear if they were anywhere near Anchorage. Financial records, housing records, and witness testimony suggest periods of homelessness and unstable employment. Cell-Ω personnel later logged and identified one Jordyn Romero living in Twin Pines, Alaska. Why she suddenly began to use her real name is unknown at this time.

Cell-Ω acquired and processed Romero following a 2-minute conversation complicated by false staements on both parties. This, alongside Jordyns previous placement on the otherside of the veil made their transition rocky, at best. Despite possessing little ideological commitment to the Insurgency itself, Romero has adapted well to the violent expectations, and has proven unexpectedly cooperative when treated as an individual rather than a subordinate. Highly likely that Romero will continue to respond well to positive interacts with perceived 'higher-ups,' instead of direct punishment. Social consequence proves enough to make Jordyn hesitant to repeat actions.

Psychological Profile

Descriptors commonly associated with Romero include "Unmotivated," "Insensitive," "Charismatic," and "Difficult." While accurate individually, none fully capture Romeros behavioral patterns. Romero possesses a profound distrust of authority figures and institutional structures. Psychological assumptions based on her behavior suggests this trait stems primarily from childhood experiences involving an abusive and mentally unstable parental figure rather than political or ideological beliefs. Attempts to motivate compliance through rank, regulations, or disciplnary authority have proven largely ineffective unless they are directly threatening Romeros life, or 'way-of-life.'

Conversely, Romero responds exceptionally well to personal relationships, informal mentorship, and demonstrations of mutual respect. Loyalty to individuals consistently outweighs loyalty to organizations, which may prove difficult if any individual outside of the Insurgency realizes this tendency. This concern warrants continued monitoring.

──────────────────────────────────────── ⊹ ⊱꩜⊰ ⊹ ────────────────────────────────────────

Romero exhibits chronic dissociative symptoms dating back to adolescence. Historical medical records indicate concerns regarding abscence seizures, though subsequent evaluations determined the episodes to be psychological in nature. During periods of stress, Romero may appear detached, distracted, or emotionally absent despite remaining fully conscious and aware of her surroundings.

Romero displays unusually low levels of emotional investment toward unfamiliar individuals. This should not be mistaken for Psychopathy or Sociopathy. Romero demonstrates normal emotional attachment towards friends, colleagues, trusted associates, even pets or items. The distinction lies in Romero's tendency to assign little emotional value to individuals outside her established social circle. This trait is particularly evident regarding the civilian death associated with her active warrant. From testimonies collected by Pennsylvia state police, according to associates of Romero, she acknowledges responsibility for the event and expresses regret that it occured. However, she does not appear to experience the degree of guilt or emotional distress typically associated with accidental homicide. Romero seemed to regret the situation more than the death itself.

──────────────────────────────────────── ⊹ ⊱꩜⊰ ⊹ ────────────────────────────────────────

Of particular note is Romero's fascination with trauma, and physical injury. Romero routinely finds herself surrounded by it in both professional and recreational contexts. While this behavior initially generated concern among civilian evaluators, It's clear to us that this is merely morbid curiosity rather than sadistic impulse control. Romero does not enjoy inflicting injury, nor she does she enjoy receiving injury.

Romero also demonstrates notable phobic response to darkness, paranormal events, or any non-corporeal or unseen entities. Large physical threats do not appear to provoke similar responses. A ten-foot monster may be approached with curiosity, a noise in an empty hallway will not.

Substance abuse remains a moderate concern. Romero previously experimented with numerous narcotics throughout adolescence and early adulthood. Most usage ceased voluntarily. Current consumption primarily consists of cannabis, alcohol, and occasional misuse of prescription medication. Romero's alcohol consumption warrants continued monitoring.

──────────────────────────────────────── ⊹ ⊱꩜⊰ ⊹ ────────────────────────────────────────

Overall assessment suggests an individual who is neither malicious nor particularly altruistic. Romero's decision-making is primarily guided by personal benefit and immediate practical concerns. Whether this represents a stable endpoint or a very clearly broken bridge remains unclear. Disciples Commander 'Despot's decision to place her as a prospect is met with scrutiny, but accepted out of sheer curiosity if 'Dreary' can make something of Romero.

| SUMMARY |

Romero presents as mildly underweight with evidence of long-term nutritional deficiencies. Romero reports chronic gastrointestinal discomfort associated with food consumption. Despite expressing strong interest in food and culinary experiences, she routinely consumes insufficient quantities to maintain healthy body mass. Behavioral observations indicate the issue stems primarily from anticipated physical discomfort rather than body-image concerns. Romero frequently orders meals she does not finish. Continued monitoring recommended.

Physical examination as of 6/10/26 reveals two small scar formations adjacent to the mouth consistent with prior tearing injuries since healed by |||||| Operative '||||'. Additional minor scars and healed injuries consistent with an active lifestyle are present througout the body, though small and few and far between. No significant mobility limitations observed.

Neuological evaluation is largely unremarkable outside of documented dissociative episodes. Romero exhibits elevated pain tolerance relative to baseline expectations. This appears to be a learned adaption rather than a physiological abnormality.
